The boat, is a 18 ft replica Simmons Sea Skiff.  Built of marine Plywood, cypress, ash and pine put together 

with epoxy glue and all stainless steel screws. All cleats and chocks are stainless steel. It has center console 

steering and control for its 25 hp evenrude (1995 preowned motor - runs good).  The trailer is galvanized 

and new. I am asking $7854.00 for the package. 

I will sell the boat alone for $5854 or the boat 

and trailer for $6854.00. All prices negotiable.
