The Lady Faye

This houseboat was built by T. N. Simmons around 1958 or '59 for

Mr. D. R. Croom, one of Mr Simmons' neighbors.  Mr Croom,

who owned 3 Simmons boats, later moved to Kure Beach and

sold the Lady Faye.  According to Ann Simmons Mincy,

this is the only houseboat her father ever built.
