There's a common story among Simmons enthusiasts in the Carolinas. It revolves around an original Simmons that was
stored in an old tobacco barn and forgotten for many years, until someone happened upon it, completely by accident.
Several have been discovered in just such a way, and this boat follows somewhat in the footsteps of those great stories.
It's an 18-footer that looks like it saw some hard work at one time. It hasn't seen water in at least 14 years.
We're not sure of the model year yet, but more info should come as the new owner begins restoration.
